Job Title: VP Commercial Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President Commercial Sales to lead our sales efforts in the North American Commercial space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of driving revenue growth. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets in the region.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Commercial Sales.
  • Set and achieve revenue and growth targets, as well as other key performance indicators.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales managers and representatives to meet and exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accurately.
  • Take proactive measures to address any deviations from sales targets.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new market segments and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute market entry and penetration strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in sales and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
