What You Can Do For Expel

  • Manage and grow a defined book of business within the Inside Sales market (3,000 and below employees), ensuring high renewal rates and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts, from executive buyers to technical leads.
  • Qualify and progress expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with Expel’s solutions and value propositions.
  • Negotiate business terms with customers while preserving Expel’s key interests.
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales colleagues, Partner Sales Team, Customer Success, and Product Management to drive the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on Expel’s messaging, solution completeness, and new customer challenges to enhance our offerings.
  • Lead QBRs (1-2 per year for L & M complexity customers) to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and identify further growth opportunities.
