Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader to lead our sales efforts within the CardioVascular Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) segment for the assigned region. This role will be responsible for identifying and cultivating high-value opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, a strong business development background, and the ability to navigate a matrixed corporate environment to drive customized CardioVascular ASC solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including private equity firms, ASC construction companies, ASC advisors, and ASC management service organizations.

  • Customized Solution Leadership: Serve as the central point of contact for developing and implementing tailored ASC offerings, ensuring alignment across internal corporate teams.

  • Develop Relevant Standard Offerings: Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GEHC.

  •  Industry Partnerships: Spearhead and cultivate external partnerships with medical manufacturers, hospitals builders and other industry partners to enhance our value proposition within the ASC market.

  • Sales Execution & Growth: Drive revenue growth by leveraging a consultative sales approach and aligning our solutions with the evolving needs of the ASC sector. Accountable to achieve Product/Solutions/Service orders and sales Operating Plan (OP) target for assigned region

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, finance, and operations, to streamline go-to-market strategies and optimize client success.

  •  Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain market leadership. Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services.

  • Business Management: Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets. Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop effective counterstrategies.

  • Region: We have roles open to cover one of the following three region: East, Central and West USA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years of selling/promotion experience in a medical, healthcare, technical field, or Life Sciences.

  • Proven track record of executive-level sales success within the ASC, healthcare, or related industry.

  • Strong relationships and experience working with private equity firms, ASC construction companies, ASC advisors, and ASC management organizations.

  • Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in a highly matrixed corporate environment.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Experience in structuring and managing external manufacturer partnerships. -Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Able to travel in the assigned territory, up to 60%.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $134,400.00-$201,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
