Sr. Account Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be responsible for new customer acquisition targeting large enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities would include

* Identifying and developing new opportunities across a select number of accounts

* Formulating and executing a strategic business development plan that would include participation from Solution Specialists, Solutions Consultants, Partners, Field Marketing and Inside Business Development Specialists

* Working with both technical and business stakeholders to uniquely position Genesys as a strategic partner/vendor

* Negotiating Enterprise License Agreements, supporting velocity sales plays to identify new opportunities and manage complex software sales cycles from inception to closure.

Qualifications

* 7+ years of Enterprise/Solution Selling Experience

* Proven ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Customer Experience Officer, etc

* Strong prospecting skills that generates a rolling pipeline of 3x quarterly targets

* Strong account planning, territory planning and business development skills

* Proven success in working with large virtual account teams that include technical and business specialists such as Solution Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Product Management Resources, Professional Services Delivery & Sales Specialists, Solution Specialists, etc

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$94,800.00 - $186,000.00
