Trimble is looking for a visionary sales leader with a passion for transforming the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner) industry through innovative software solutions. We are seeing a Senior Sales Leader for Strategic Accounts to drive growth and build long-term relationships with key clients across both our segment, and all of Trimble, connecting our end-to-end field and software technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the strategic accounts sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Design, develop, and execute effective sales and account plans to drive growth within key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging AI and other innovative technologies.
Collaborate effectively across Trimble's diverse business units to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Mentor and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in selling SaaS software, with a focus on strategic accounts
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction industries a plus
Proven track record of success in managing and growing strategic accounts.
Extensive management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, AI technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Target Salary
$350,000 OTE
