The opportunity
As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to be part of a transparent work culture with the autonomy and latitude to do business. Your main objective is to meet or exceed sales goals by using a consultative approach.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and manage your territory or accounts.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored business solutions.
- Convert prospects into customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media.
- Drive pipeline growth through targeted sales and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Build rapport with prospects, communicate value effectively, and develop compelling proposals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections with confidence and professionalism.
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in sales, client success, or a related B2B media function.
- A fast learner with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- A strategic thinker who can pivot approaches to meet evolving business needs.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
