We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sales Operations Sales Process team. The Sales Process Team’s mission is to serve as HubSpot Sales Process experts, driving understanding, consistency, and efficiencies for Sales and our cross-functional partners through key strategic Sales Operations projects. This team’s primary goal is to accelerate revenue growth and improve sales rep productivity through exceptional insights, analytics, and project management. 

You will report to the Manager of Sales Process and will lead strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, optimize processes, and improve the overall efficiency of our sales organization. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful projects that drive revenue growth and customer success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​​Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects and initiatives within the Sales Operations function, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to manage project scope and deliverables effectively.
  • Partner with sales leaders and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria, and ensure clear communication of project expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication, facilitating regular meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and own feedback gathering mechanisms to measure success and inform future project iterations when launching projects and pilots with sales stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from data, systems, operations and strategy teams to drive project outcomes and minimize execution gaps. 
  • Effectively document, communicate, and manage change for sales stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and understanding of key projects. 
  • Leverage data and analysis to develop clear takeaways for sales leaders to enable decision making and evaluate project success. 
  • Evaluate project performance against key metrics and KPIs, and prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques within the Sales Operations team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in project management leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
