The Client Partner will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts by serving as a trusted advisor, driving the sale of large, complex engagements, renewals, and risk management.
The Client Partner will focus on identifying and managing profitable growth opportunities, developing comprehensive account plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality delivery. The Client Partner will collaborate directly with the client C-suite executives and senior leaders to position our DXC offerings.
- Leads the strategic planning process for assigned accounts, including annual planning and growth productivity frameworks to achieve results. Develops and implements strategies to foster a unified solution and approach for each account. Collaborates with leaders and teams across the organization to refine processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and advisory strategy to achieve and exceed financial targets (signings, revenue, profit) for DXC services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business and technology challenges, and recommending DXC solutions that delivers value, meets their business drivers, and maintains a competitive advantage.
- Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, establishing strong, long-term relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with the various internal teams such as pre-sales, solutions, quality assurance, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals tailored to the specific needs of your clients.
- Direct budget planning and management to ensure activities are appropriately funded, coordinated, and aligned with services being delivered.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closure, and post-sale engagement, ensuring a seamless and high-value client experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continuously refine our sales approach and identify new opportunities.
- Participates in the continued development of internal processes, artifacts and methodologies to support service delivery to our most strategic customers.
- Responsible for communications with the client and regarding expectations, performance, governance, financials, and issue escalation/resolution during the course of delivery to ensure success.
- Accountable for end-to-end service delivery and ensuring all contractual commitments are met. Works with the customer to amend and approve changes as necessary.
- Reviews and reports on the operational and financial health of assigned accounts including delivery challenges, and other key financial metrics for presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of successful sales experience in the technology industry, with a demonstrated track record of selling services and solutions healthcare clients.
- Strong advisory skills, with a consultative approach to identifying client challenges and designing DXC solutions that align with their business goals.
- Proven experience in a managed services model, including a global sourcing strategy and capable to support multiple time zones.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives and decision-makers effectively.
- Experience in managing and selling $40 - $60M annually.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales and advisory plans, achieving measurable results.
- Knowledge of the concepts, practices, procedures, and deliverables associated with system development, implementation, and operational readiness.
- Minimum of 5+ years leading pursuit teams across complex deals and leading solution strategies
- Has managed escalations and works proactively at the C-Suite level to prevent surprises and mitigate risk when issues arise.
- Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity.
- Willingness to travel
