The Account Manager – Key Accounts is responsible for developing and cultivating productive long-term relationships with customer’s key decision-makers to achieve orders and revenue projections. The Account Manager should work to identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and competitive advantage, creating new value for new and existing customers who operate in the Oil & Gas and Refinery, Chemical, and General Industrial markets.
This position is part of the Pall Energy+ Commercial Team and will be a remote position in the Houston, TX area. It must be based in the territory. At Pall, we envision a future where our innovation connects, empowers, and emboldens humanity to be its best.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Adapt and execute the sales strategy to targeted markets by developing and implementing initiatives and business plans.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and company representative while building contractual relationships, identifying future investments, major equipment replacements, turnarounds, filtration spent/potential, and leading contract implementation.
Collaborate with the sales team to prospect and qualify potential customer opportunities. Coordinate and leverage resources to present “One face to the customer” to provide complete customer satisfaction.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related discipline.
5 plus years in an account management, commercial, and customer-facing roles.
Ability to lead account relationship management and leverage relationships with decision-makers at headquarters, technical center, and key sites.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Requires up to 50% travel nationally.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Experience:
Masters or MBA
Experience with global accounts
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Prior experience with sales funnel management (salesforce.com or equivalent).
Experience executing at each stage of the sales process and adept at guiding others in developing selling skills.
Understanding of customers’ key business drivers.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
