Working hours
Mon – Friday 8am - 5pm. After hours may be needed based on client needs.
Location requirements
Southern California, Los Angeles preferred - working remotely
Travel as needed to visit client sites.

Who you are
You excel in managing large accounts and complex sales cycles, leveraging a deep understanding of IT solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You are proficient in CRM systems and data-driven stales management to maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced certifications in IT or sales methodologies are a plus.
You know how to:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth within assigned territories or verticals.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and ensure successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular forecasts and updates to leadership.
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Pay and Benefits:
This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
In additional to the base salary this position offers sales incentives as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions)
The expected OTE for this role is ~$180,000 - $220,000
