What you'll be doing:
Lead enterprise-level sales efforts across Tinuiti's full-service digital marketing portfolio, with a focus on sophisticated cross-channel solutions spanning Google, Meta, Amazon, and Apple
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Fortune 500 and high-growth companies with annual digital marketing budgets exceeding $10M
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior marketing executives, serving as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategy and transformation
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Client Strategy teams to craft innovative, data-driven proposals that showcase Tinuiti's unique value proposition
Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospect identification through contract negotiation and close
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and relationship development
Contribute to the evolution of Tinuiti's enterprise sales strategy and go-to-market approach
Mentor and guide other sales team members, sharing best practices and market insights
Requirements:
8+ years of enterprise software/services sales experience, with at least 5 years selling digital marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing deals exceeding $1M in annual contract value
Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape, particularly across paid search, social, marketplace advertising, and measurement/analytics
Experience navigating complex organizational structures and building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into compelling business cases
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience leading C-level discussions
Track record of successful collaboration with solutions engineering and strategy teams
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
Experience with marketing technology platforms and marketing mix modeling is a plus
The annual base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $100,000 - 120,000. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over (100%). Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
