CDW Digital Velocity (DV) is a Full Stack Digital Transformation Solutions Company that is solving our customers’ toughest challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Business Development Lead (BDL) – Google Cloud to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in selling Google Cloud cloud consumption, managed services, cloud marketplace solutions, and professional services to our clients. What you will do:
Inbound Opportunity Management: Qualify and triage inbound sales opportunities to ensure they align with business objectives and capabilities.
Outbound Pipeline Generation: Proactively create and manage a pipeline of potential sales opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement.
Account Mapping and Planning: Collaborate with CDW Sellers and Google Sellers to map and plan account strategies.
Pitch and Value Proposition Delivery: Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Google services to CDW sellers, OEMs, and suppliers.
Project Management: Oversee project kick-offs and follow up on project closures to identify additional opportunities within the customer base.
Teamwork: Exhibit excellent teamwork skills and collaborate effectively with coworkers across various departments.
Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships to generate opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to track progress towards goals.
Revenue and Profit Goals: Assist the team in consistently exceeding category revenue and profit goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What we expect of you:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience working in Google Cloud or cloud technology sales role. Or, 9 years of experience working in Google Cloud or cloud technology sales role.
Strong passion for technology and cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
