About the Senior Account Manager - Channel Partnership

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Channel Partner Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, advertising platform knowledge, and exceptional soft skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and advertisers. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive strategic initiatives and deliver outstanding results.

Location: Remote within Ireland

What Will You Do?

  • Manage Relationships:

    o Strengthen ties with partners and advertisers through regular communication.

    o Build strong rapport with partners and advertisers, becoming a trusted point of contact.

    o Communicate client feedback to stakeholders and act as a client advocate.

  • Lead Campaign Launches:

    o Oversee planning, execution, and provide optimization recommendations (proactively and on a cadenced basis).

    o Plan and execute campaigns, providing optimization recommendations.

  • Primary Contact for Operations:

    o Coordinate internal account operations and technical integrations.

    o Work with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.

  • Educate on Advertising:

    o Conduct training sessions, office-hours, and provide resources.

    o Educate advertisers on product knowledge to improve their campaigns.

    o Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for advertising best practices.
