This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Account Executive, Employer of Record, joining our Americas Sales team. This is a pure hunting role as a Senior Account Executive, driving net new business for Remote.

What you bring

  • Skilled in negotiating sound business deals, also excelling in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
  • Strong, consultative style
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently as well take a leadership role working with internal teams / stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders' requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and are proactive in addressing challenges
  • Excellent in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Proven expertise in sales processes, with a strong track record of driving six-figure, multi-stakeholder opportunities from self-sourced leads to successful closure
  • Previous experience as a Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience in the HR tech / software industry is a plus
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities
