Sales Leader, Health Systems, Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D)

The Sales Leader, Health Systems - AM&D (Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics) is responsible for developing the sales strategy to land and expand the full AM&D solution portfolio into Health Systems while providing leadership and direction to the sales team responsible for driving the Enterprise Sales which includes our offering in virtual care, diagnostic cardiology solutions, remote cardiac ambulatory monitoring, ECG/EMR Management Solution and SaaS-based solutions. The Sales Leader will manage the sales functions for the assigned AM&D area in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and ensure the right organization, structure and strategy is in place to deliver the sales objectives.

Your role:

  • This role reports into the Head of Sales & Marketing, AM&D and is expected to be an active member of the Sales Leadership Team

  • This role is responsible for providing leadership and direction to, AVC Enterprise Sales, Health Systems Sr. Business Development Managers, Diagnostic Cardiology Sales Leader, and Cardiologs Account Executives.

  • This position will play a critical role in driving new business initiatives, gathering marketing intelligence, composing value propositions, and creating business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities.  

  • Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs and customer centricity and market conditions.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to sales forecasting, budget planning, quota setting, sales process implementation, compensation design and sales operations optimization. 

  • Leads, coaches and motivates for success, including championing a collaborative, cross-functional business model and approach within his/her team and the larger AM&D Sales organization.

  • Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, field training, compensation, motivation, sales data validation, and review of field sales/sales management staff.

  • Work with Marketing to integrate and analyze appropriate internal and secondary data sets to understand drivers of the business, develop market insights and uncover business opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

           

  • You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience building and driving a sales team

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience working with integrated payer provider models (IHNs, ACOs, PCMAs, Medical Groups, MC/PBMs, and/or retail)
