Sales Executive - SaaS (Mid-Market)

Symmetrio, a Solustaff company, is seeking a SaaS Sales Executive. The Saas Sales Executive role will drive growth for our clients solutions in the Mid-Market segments, carrying a quarterly sales quota, building a robust sales pipeline to 4x quota coverage; managing prospects through a rigorous sales process anchored in discovery of the prospect business challenges, building and defending a demonstrable ROI, and negotiating contractual terms. The targeted accounts are in the 1st and 3rd party debt business segments. The role will be responsible for migrating current clients onto the new Saas solution.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD 90,000 - $150,000 per year. Plus 60% on target commissions.
Responsibilities
- Provide education and engage in sales efforts directed at existing customers currently using our legacy solution, to transition them to the new SaaS version seamlessly.
- Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their pain points and demonstrate, through value-based selling, how the product can deliver ROI.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success and product teams to develop sales specific content and outreach that will drive tradeshow attendance, customer engagement, and support the overall sales strategy for Velosidy.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to demo the features and benefits of Saas solution.
- Skillfully negotiate with prospects to address objections, tailor solutions, and reach mutually beneficial agreements. Drive the sales process from proposal to contract signing, collaborating with internal teams to manage pricing, terms, and deal structures.
- Develop enduring relationships with executives, key decision-makers, and industry influencers within target organizations.
- Manage a robust pipeline to meet revenue goals and ensure a streamlined sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience - bonus points for previous experience in a tech startup selling into finance and exposure to accounting (even if it’s limited).
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and comfortable closing deals with an average selling price of $50k+ ARR.
- Knowledge of ARM, 1st and 3rd party debt collection preferred.
- Previous experience selling Fintech solutions.
- Knowledge of values-based and ROI selling.
- Technical acumen to articulate complex technical products to prospects.
- Use of Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and persuasion and influence skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Travel up to 10 days per month for Mid-Market position.
