About the team

Our expert sales team will be comprised of Strategic Sales Professionals for our B2B solutions group, plus Leadership, and we are growing! This is new and exciting go-to-market plan with solutions that have been widely adopted in the marketplace for years.  This is a great growth opportunity to take our value proposition to a wider audience and to create more footprint! This role will focus on selling our newest Revenue Management software solution- FIS Pricing and Billing.  FIS Pricing and Billing is the latest technology for banks commercial account analysis needs. This high-performing team has the expertise our clients demand. Our FIS Solutions are industry leading and best in class.

What you will be doing

  • You will hunt new logos in Enterprise and Mid-Market size accounts, with executive presence and knowledge.
  • You will engage with the Executive and C-Suite level; CFO, Treasury, CIO, CEO, and their respective organizations.  This is very much a strategic selling role and complex, consultative selling capabilities are a must.
  • You will be a SME on Revenue Management software and FIS Pricing and Billing, and you will understand the banking industry client needs and pain points with pricing, analyzing and billing.
  • You will work across FIS sales, existing client base and account management teams to generate leads and build pipeline in addition to other pipeline building activities.
  • You will lead sales calls, analyze data, prepare presentations, develop pricing, and structure deals to help clients achieve their goals and grow the business for FIS.
  • Growing new business by selling solutions to mid-market commercial accounts based within the United States. This is a new logo job and we will give you the support, lead generation and verticalization focus to ensure you are selling and not just cold-calling.
  • Researching and understanding the prospective client’s business goals, objectives and challenges.
  • Communicating recommendations effectively to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective company.
  • Having active involvement throughout the implementation phase with each new customer to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue.
  • Building a professional network in order to build a pipeline of business prospects.
  • Communicating accurate and timely forecasts to multiple levels of management.
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external resources to deliver results.
  • Actively participating in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, relevant trade shows and campaigns.
  • Meeting required sales/revenue targets.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of strategic selling into Enterprise and/or Mid-Market accounts 5+ years of high performing sales experience (Minimum)
  • Experience calling on C-Suite and Banking/Treasury Management professionals
  • Expert Negotiation, Presentation and Communication Skills

Added bonus if you have:

  • Revenue Management software experience
  • Fintech experience
  • Understanding bank commercial account analysis end to end process
  • Enterprise Fortune 1,000 sales experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $143,610.00 - $236,950.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
