Sales Development Representative

At Elation Health, we know that growth starts with proactive prospecting, strong relationship-building, consistent behaviors, and robust lead qualification. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and proactively building relationships with Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Services Organizations (MSOs), and larger practices (15+ providers), as well as managing inbound inquiries from technology-enabled care delivery organizations and digital health companies. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will engage decision-makers, assess their needs, and set up the Enterprise Sales Executive as they position Elation Health’s All-in-One (EHR + Billing) solution to prospective, targeted customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential enterprise customers through cold calling, email, outbound campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct high-level conversations with clinicians, decision-makers, and administrative leaders at Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Services Organizations (MSOs), large practices (15+ providers), and technology-enabled care delivery organizations.
- Utilize Salesforce, Gong, Groove, and other prospecting tools to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Relationship Building & Lead Qualification
- Identify and build relationships with key decision makers at enterprise prospects, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads for Elation Health’s All-in-One (EHR + Billing) solution and digital health partnerships, ensuring a strong fit and positioning Enterprise Account Executive for effective next steps.
- Set up meetings and product demos between prospective customers and Enterprise Account Executive.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Director of Sales Operations, tracking progress against goals.
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of sales or sales development experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales setting.
- Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage leads across various levels and functions.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging outbound campaigns.
- Highly curious and eager to learn about prospects' pain points and goals
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to track outreach efforts and manage multiple leads effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Groove, or similar sales tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to grow within a sales organization.
Salary range: $60,000-65,000 + variable
