About the role

Zillow Group is gearing up for the next phase of growth by passionately focusing on improving the home shopping experience and helping more shoppers find their next home. A big part of our strategy centers on partnering with top performing real estate agents, known as Zillow Premier Agents (ZPA). Our desired outcome is more real estate transactions for ZPAs and better experiences for everyone. To do this we will build a partnership-based organization that recruits, retains and grows real estate professionals into extraordinary ZPAs.

The role of National Business Advisor, Regional Partnerships is to guide ZPA partners to deliver phenomenal home shopping experiences for consumers, from high conversion of initial consumer introduction to home purchase transaction. National BAs will be asked to guide ZPAs to both recommended and required practices and behaviors that we know support desired home buying experiences. This role is a “Field” role, and is specialized by geographical regions to streamline efficiency and expertise across our marketplace. As a regionally assigned floating Business Advisor this role will support the immediate needs of Partners without assigned territory BA support. The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as an advisor, and Zillow brand ambassador, for ZPAs you support. Has a proven track record to mentor, empower and educate partners on our products and services critical to shared goals
  • Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention
  • Conduct video consults of assigned ZPAs, to assess their operations as it relates to both converting connections into transactions and providing great experiences.
  • Conduct financial analysis for ZPAs to understand client’s business operations and offer feedback
