Sales, Clinical Surveillance Account Manager- Clinical Integration and Insights (Capsule)
The Clinical Surveillance Account Manager, Clinical Integration and Insights (Capsule) collaborates with CI&I Sales Executives drawing on your clinical expertise to successfully manage sales activities for the advancement and implementation of Surveillance solutions by developing new Clinical Surveillance business opportunities through strengthening relationships with clients, closing business, and building your and the company’s reputation in the Healthcare IT industry.
Your role:
- Attaining the annual Clinical Surveillance sales quota established for the defined target market
- Identifying and closing Capsule Surveillance business within a defined territory and market
- Establish and maintain a detailed account plan to ensure communication with all key Surveillance accounts
- Developing and maintaining executive and departmental relationships at key target accounts within the defined territory through regular contact and travel for meetings
- Assisting with preparation and delivery of any quotes, RFP responses or technical details required during the sales process
- Collaborating with internal business partners (Finance, Professional Services) to manage client relationship through sales agreement
- Maintaining Surveillance sales forecasts, key contacts & roles, account notes and other related documentation in Salesforce.com in conjunction with sales manager
- Following established sales processes and procedures for quoting, purchasing, and contracts
- Networking and building reputation within the healthcare IT industry
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years sales experience in addition to 5+ years clinical experience
- Clinical background required, Critical Care RN preferred.
- Proven Account management experience preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $191,2500 to $270,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
