Regional Director, Sales & Customer Service - North America

New Jersey - Remote, United States

We seek a highly motivated and strategic Regional Director of Sales & Customer Service to lead our North American market expansion. This role drives revenue growth, manages key customer relationships, and enhances customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real money gaming industry, sales leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Sales Strategy & Business Growth:

  • Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase market share.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into signed agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the North American gaming market and regulatory environment to align strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with gaming operators, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.

  • Implement customer service best practices to enhance client experience, resolve escalations, and drive customer loyalty.

  • Ensure seamless post-sales support and service delivery, collaborating with account management and customer success teams.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and customer service professionals.

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, technical operations, and account management teams to drive business objectives.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales and customer service KPIs, preparing detailed reports and insights for senior leadership.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Optimize sales processes and customer engagement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

What We're Looking For

  •  Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience and 10+ years experience in sales and customer service within the casino, online gaming, or real money gaming industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of North American gaming regulations and market dynamics.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and customer service management systems.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within North America.

Travel Expectations

Up to 50%

Pay Range

$169,488 - $314,763 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
