The HP Industrial Northeast Regional Sales Manager is a pivotal role, focused on driving growth and deepening relationships with HP’s top strategic accounts within the Industrial business. In this role, you will harness HP’s state-of-the-art industrial portfolio—including Indigo and PageWide digital printing technologies, along with advanced software solutions—to meet the unique demands of clients across commercial printing, manufacturing, packaging, and other high-growth industries. As a leader to trusted advisors, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of your clients' businesses, aligning HP’s innovative solutions with their strategic objectives to create exceptional value and measurable impact. This role is responsible for leading a team of senior individual contributors and managers to achieve revenue goals through strategic planning and effective resource allocation. The role establishes and nurtures key client relationships, analyzes sales performance, and adapts strategies based on market trends. The role optimizes sales processes while performing talent management responsibilities and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies to drive sales team success.
Responsibilities
• Oversees a team of individual contributors and/or managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the development of individual team members and the overall effectiveness of the sales efforts.
• Develops targeted business plans and strategies, allocating resources effectively to achieve margin and sales goals.
• Establishes professional relationships and builds credibility with key client executives to ensure ongoing profitable revenue growth for the organization.
• Manages sales pipelines, analyzes win rates, and ensures a consistent flow of opportunities.
• Stays informed about market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Optimizes and refines the sales process utilizing new sales technologies, tools, or methodologies to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitates collaboration with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure coordinated sales efforts and seamless customer experience.
• Integrates customer feedback into product development and improvement processes, fostering a customer-centric approach.
• Monitors and assesses the performance of the sales team against set targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensures that the sales team complies with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and company policies.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $232,350 to $357,800 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
