Job Description SummaryThe Key Accounts and Strategic Leader for Point of Care (PoC) will lead the Segment Leader team across their assigned markets and driving the overall Point of Care and Handheld commercial strategy for the named accounts for each Segment Leader. In addition, this role will engage with key Priorities around Academic Partnerships and Break-in’s, increasing Software as a Service attachment rates and expansion, and Hoshin Kanri Visibility Initiatives for both Handheld and Point of Care.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct People leader for the PoC Segment Leaders in the United States, supporting their initiatives around Handheld and PoC Ultrasound in the Markets they support
  • Engage with VASO Healthcare around all PoC and Handheld activities needed to drive increased visibility and market share in their account universe
  • Drive increase of engagement across GE’s National Accounts Leadership teams, including, but not limited to, HCA, CommonSpirit, Tenet, Advocate Aurora, Advent Health, etc.
  • Streamline engagements and ease-of-busy initiatives with the DOD and VA Medical Centers across the United States
  • Ensure all RFP’s and Cyber Security requirements from the field are being quickly handled by your Segment Leaders
  • Support help needed in both the Medtronic/ GE relationship (OBL & ASC Priority) and Professional Sports and Collegiate teams across the United States.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree & 3 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 5 years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers. 
  • Must live in the region and be willing to travel within the region when calls upon; about 20-40% of the time.

  

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team in an influential manner
  • Capital equipment sales experience as well as expert in Funnel Management
  • Experience in driving large, enterprise transactions within GE HealthCare or similar company size/matrix

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $129,008.00-$193,512.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
