About the AMD â Field Channel Account Manager role:Â
MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for an AMD â Field Channel Account Manager role. The AMD â Field Channel Account Manager will be responsible for strategy, developing relationships, and driving sales within Enterprise and Mid-Enterprise VARâs. This role will provide on-site, dedicated support to VAR account managers as they support and drive revenue within the direct VAR partner channels. This role will help the AMD team achieve revenue and market share goals, foster and grow relationships from account managers to executives, develop AMD messaging to the rep level, and track and assist in closing opportunities.Â

What Will You Do?Â
Provide answers to client and server related pre-sales technical questions for VAR(s) account managers and customersÂ
Regular onsite visits to assigned VARâs as designated by AMD to develop and grow relationshipsÂ
Encourage VAR sales reps / account managers to quote client and server products more frequentlyÂ
Own and manage a pipeline of client and server opportunities within the VAR accounts that identifies revenue and strategic markets and/or customersÂ
Follow up on AMD client and server bid opportunities with VARâsÂ
Deliver AMD revenue targets on a âŚ
