JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Federal System Integrator (FSI) Sales Director to drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with a select number of top-tier federal system integrators. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with the Federal Team to align our solutions with the needs of key FSI accounts.

What you’ll do…

  • Account Management & Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with a select number of key federal system integrators (FSIs) such as Leidos, BAH, SAIC, General Dynamics IT, CACI, NG, LM and others.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on expanding our footprint within the federal system integrator ecosystem.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, product, marketing, channel, and technical teams, to develop a complete model for success that can be replicated across the FSI ecosystem.

  • Government Contracting & Compliance: Navigate the complexities of federal contracting, acquisition vehicles, and compliance requirements to support deal closure.

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, engaging with key stakeholders within the FSIs to position our company as a preferred partner.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on federal procurement trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the government contracting space.

Who you are…

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales or business development within the federal market, with a focus on system integrators.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, acquisition vehicles (e.g., GSA, GWACs, IDIQs), government funding cycles, and budgetary process.

  • Relationships: Established network within major FSIs, channel partners & alliances (Hpe, Netapp, Hitachi, Pure, AWS, Google, MSFT, VAST, Dell)

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions, particularly in areas like cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI…

  • Sales Acumen: A successful track record selling complex-solutions and meeting or exceeding revenue targets through direct and partner-driven sales efforts.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Security Clearance:  preferred.

$165,500 - $287,500
