What You Will Do

The Pay per Hour (“PPH”) commercial team is looking for a Senior Manager (P5) to join and support Eagle Service Program (ESP) commercial team. This individual will be responsible for driving incremental ESP agreement signatures year over year, developing in-country 3rd party channels, and supporting ESP product and segment strategies.

We’re searching for someone who excels in customer-facing discussions to help scale the ESP business through various indirect channels such as OEMs, dealers, and brokers. This role also demands a deep understanding of the leads and enrollment processes, along with strong business acumen to contribute to the financial goals of ESP.

This position will report to the ESP Associate Director under the PPH Commercial & Strategy. 

**Candidate should reside in Pacific Time Zone or near West Coast area**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ESP financial target achievement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key USA clients and partners in the ecosystem (appraisers, banks, brokers, etc.)

  • Act as the ESP sales and global strategy expert and liaison for the turbofan market

  • Assist Global Sales with complex deal closure as an ESP subject matter expert

  • Support ESP quotation process for in-service enrollments

  • Influence others outside of his own department regarding ESP domain of expertise

  • Travel expected: 20%-30%

  • Travel includes occasional business trips and tradeshow participation

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience in Aviation, Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance (MRO) industry; OR Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Technical School, A&P License or equivalent training and 12+ years of relevant experience.

  • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • STEM field or Business / MBA degree preferred.

  • Understanding of ESP operation and financial processes, differentiation strategies, and value proposition

  • General knowledge of PPH programs in the industry (ESP, RRCC, MSP, ON-Point) and how engine program can affect aircraft valuation at re-sale

  • Familiarity with aviation industry pricing publications (Vref and Aircraft Bluebook)

  • Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions

  • Aircraft airframe and Engine OEM account management and/or sales experience is a plus

  • Strong people and communication skills and be comfortable presenting in small groups or larger customers forum

  • Computer skills (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
