What You'll Do:
The ability to understand product capabilities and communicate the value and differentiation of a service offering in the market
Grow Amex GBT Egencia portfolio and revenue with new customers headquartered in US by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation
Once requirements are clearly identified, promote competitive advantages and Amex GBT Egencia’s outstanding value proposition through proposal, RFI/RFPs and presentations
Connect with prospects (from discovery meeting to closing) and build a high-level relationship with executives (CFOs, CEOs)
Responsible for contract closing and implementation of customers with the implementation team
Selling the right solution, to ensure that the customer transitions from implementation to trade
Sign profitable business to meet quarterly goals, in line with Egencia’s company goals.
Work collaboratively and establish relationships with internal teams
Position requires some travel
What We're Looking For:
B2B sales experience is highly preferred
Consistent track record of selling technology into Multinational Accounts
Validated sales experience in pipeline management including negotiation and closing skills
Experience of hitting sales targets, quarterly
Ability to effectively address key decisions makers in a very competitive and innovating environment
Strong dedication to both a high quality of work and service to customers in a fast-paced environment
Proficient level of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and various sales tools
High level of dynamism, drive, energy with strong project management skills
Motivated self-starter with a 'hunter' mentality
Strong listening skills to interpret the customers’ needs
A good knowledge of the corporate travel industry and/or platform selling (desired but not crucial)

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
