Director, Global Oncology Marketing (Alliance)

Job Description
We have an exciting Director opportunity to join our global oncology marketing team focusing on co-commercialization of an Antibody Drug Conjugate a protein directed ADC with our alliance partner in Small-Cell Lung Cancer and potentially other tumor types.
Primary Responsibilities:
Foster strong working relationships with our alliance partner and internal cross functional team members
Support the Global Asset Lead to develop the Integrated Business Strategy by actively synthesizing inputs from cross-functional teams including CORE, MA&P, Medical, and key markets
Represent our Company's commercial point of view on alliance global brand team, joint product development team, and joint regulatory/ labeling discussions
Support alliance forecasting and scenario planning by aligning with partner and disease / asset teams on key assumptions and ensuring key stakeholder alignment internally and across the alliance
Collaborate with alliance management/counterparts in developing Co-Promotion Agreements and regional Go to Market (GTM) model with alliance
Collaborate with global counterpart to support markets with successful launch preparedness
Establish and foster strong working relationships with alliance partner and internal cross functional team stakeholders
Support global launch planning and execution
Contribute to brand, pricing & reimbursement planning
Tactical Planning & Execution
Organize customer engagement strategy and scientific expert leader engagement
Detail competition tracking to inform planning assumptions, strategy, and positioning
Participate in global/regional alliance operating and go to market model development
Key Capabilities:
Demonstrated ability to work to solutions within complex organizations and markets, joint ventures and leading sub teams in support of key marketing strategy areas.
Successfully navigate the internal Alliance structure and external environments and deliver value to our customers.
Work effectively with cross-functional partners including research and development, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, Health Economics Outcomes Research, Business Development & Licensing, market analytics, field sales organization, international and domestic operations, legal, scientific communications, professional education, training and development, health care compliance, etc.
Provides commercial input to Alliance Partner on all aspects of commercialization, including product development team, target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, organized customer interactions, market research, competitive intelligence, demand, revenue forecasts, Business Development & Licensing activities, and agency partner management.
Education Requirement:
Required: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master’s degree or master's Business Administration (MBA)
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 8 years Pharmaceutical Business experience
Strong interpersonal/ negotiation skills, relationship management skills & ability to influence from within and across dual organizations are a must
