How you will contribute
Details of the Role:
- Direct selling responsibility for Cookie/Cracker, Confections, and Bars portfolios for multiple Costco regions
- You own customer relationship, working in partnership with them and internal cross-functional counterparts to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
You will:
- Drive customer relationships across functions including Buyers, replenishment, shopper marketing and ecommerce
- Develop, negotiate, and execute in-year and long-term strategies with Costco regional buyers
- Own revenue planning, trade planning, sales forecasting, and the execution of commercial strategies to deliver annual objectives
- Influence continuous product development by collaborating with internal cross-functional business teams including sales planning, category development, RGM, supply chain, ecommerce, shopper marketing, and insights
- Analyze syndicated data, member data, research, and industry trends to create business case for product and execution solutions that lead the future
- Own the P&L to ensure the delivery of MDLZ financial goals and market share gains
- Actively ensure precision and consistency with monthly, quarterly, annual internal & external deliverables

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing CPG sales role with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ Selling experience a plus.
- Understanding of product commercialization processes
- Ability to leverage customer specific data i.e. Syndicated, Costco IRI and Consumer Research to drive business results
- Customer focus and attention to detail
- Experience with customer trade negotiations
- Understanding and driving action through lens of a customer P&L
The base salary range for this position is $134,200 to $184,450; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
