The Medium Law Client Executive is responsible for increasing Westlaw revenue, usage, and market share in assigned law firm accounts by utilizing skills related to legal research, training, sales, and marketing. You will leverage your expert consultative approach and opportunity analysis to meet customer needs. This is accomplished through an in depth understanding of Thomson Reuters products and strong relationship building skills. You will also effectively meet customer needs and build productive customer relationships, take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty, and are focused on the big picture and business perspective when making decisions and taking action.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Client Executive, you will:
Provide high quality account management and customer support services to assigned accountsÂ
Establish solid, long-term customer relationships and cultivates new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions, and addressing customer concernsÂ
Attain assigned revenue account goals and support renewal process
Develop, present, and implement special offers in non-Account Executive accountsÂ
Partner closely with Sales Executives in identifying the sales opportunity for each firmÂ
Educate customers on the benefits of Westlaw over competitors and trains customers on the use of WestlawÂ
Coordinate training efforts with Customer Success RepresentativesÂ
Coordinate local marketing efforts within assigned accountsÂ
Keep up to date on competitive activities in accounts and communicates information to divisional/regional managementÂ
Identify opportunities to leverage technology products aimed at increasing revenue and providing solutions
Assist other market segments as neededÂ
About You
Youâre a fit for the role of Client Manager if your background includes:
J.D. preferred
Legal practice experience preferredÂ
Strong communication, presentation, and Westlaw legal research skillsÂ
Customer service orientation and experienceÂ
Account Management and sales/ marketing experience strongly preferredÂ
Proficient in MS
Previous legal research training preferredÂ
