About The Role
The Channel Solution Architect is a field role that is part of the Cybersecurity Group Revenue organization. This person is peered with the CG Channel Sales function and will work closely with Global System Integrators, and Managed Security Service Providers to enable and activate their technical customer facing team. This position is a remote-based role, but will travel up to 30% of the time primarily to U.S. and Canada partner locations and conferences to do live technical training, strategy sessions, and support the development of potential new partnerships.
What you'll do
- Train and certify new partner users on the AQtive Guard platform
- Assist in technical pre-sales activities including product demos, proposal response, and Statements of Work reviews
- Act as a Delivery liaison between partners, product teams, and engineering. In large, complex programs may serve as an escalation point.
- Provide U.S. based technical support for GSI Federal and US Gov focused partners.
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of MSSP integrations.
- Provide product feedback from partners to SandboxAQ Product and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Past experience working with Tier 1 Global System Integrator cybersecurity teams or Managed Security Service Providers
- Strong GSI leadership relationships at Partner / Senior Managing Director + level
- 8-10 years experience selling with and through channel partners
- Understanding of how partners vet new technology vendors and build joint offerings
- Strong executive communication skills with a technical audience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to deliver a sales pitch in front of a large audience.
- Ability to build partner joint offerings including reference architectures, value proposition
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers
- Experience building strategic partnerships
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $183k-$257k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
