The Cell Culture Channel Specialist will drive growth in the sales of media, buffers and serum (cell culture products) within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating the features and benefits of our products, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing business strategies to grow revenue with existing and new customers. This position requires strong communication and selling abilities. You will be tasked with achieving or exceeding the territory sales plan and contributing to the overall success of the business.

This position reports to the USCAN Cell Culture Media Zone Leader and is part of the Americas sales team working remotely to cover the Southern US Region.  

What you will do:

  • In-person Product Promotion & Sales: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and applications to promote and close sales in alignment with territory sales goals. Utilize sales tactics skills to maximize customer revenue.

  • Channel Support: Serve as the primary support for our Channel network by identifying and pursuing opportunities within targeted accounts, focused on both current and potential new customers.

  • Strategic Selling: Engage with decision-makers at all levels within assigned accounts. Use Strategic Selling techniques to influence purchasing decisions and secure long-term business relationships.

  • Business Planning: Assist in the creation and execution of an annual business plan for your assigned territory. Update and refine the plan quarterly to ensure alignment with sales objectives and market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales …
