Account Manager-Inside Sales - Remote
Nature and Scope
The Account Manager Inside Sales is pivotal in supporting the Americas commercial team by managing distributor relationships, lead management, and pre-determined accounts independently, This role requires strong organizational and critical thinking skills to streamline communication, manage contracts and pricing, and ensure seamless coordination between distributors and internal business units. This role also plays a crucial role in vetting leads, conducting introductory calls, and supporting the sales team in achieving growth objectives.
Education and Preferred Experience Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of direct sales or sales support experience in the health and wellness sector is preferred .
- Proficiency in organizational and productivity tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com and Power BI is preferred.
- Experience in contract management and lead generations is preferred.
- Remote with occasional travel (10-20%) to sales events, exhibits, and trade shows.
Distributor Relationship Management
- Manage contracts, pricing, and account performance with distributors.
- Schedule and lead weekly/quarterly calls to review distributor performance and goal progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, ensuring streamlined communication with internal teams.
- Connect cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring distributors' needs are met promptly.
- Vet leads effectively before assigning them to sales team members.
- Independently manage pre-determined accounts in assigned territories from introduction/CRM entry to shipping and follow up.
- Responsibility for closing sales with new and current customers for orders, adding additional products and line extensions.
- Perform outbound sales calls and follow up on newly generated leads by properly vetting and identifying key opportunities.
- Conduct introductory calls to present the product portfolio and identify potential opportunities.
- Track and analyze lead performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing sales meetings and presentations.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and other sales actions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate account and sales data.
- Support sales initiatives by coordinating projects and assisting with event logistics.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and presents a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially when managing multiple accounts and contracts.
- Extroverted and comfortable with communications and long-term follow-up with new contacts and existing customers

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$78,000.00 - $145,700.00
Salaried Incentive Plan
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
