The Commercial team at H1 plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Our mission is to connect the world to the right doctors by partnering with health insurance plans and digital health companies to create a better patient experience. We aim to deeply understand our customers' needs and workflows to provide simple, innovative solutions that solve their problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1As an Account Executive on our Health Plans & Digital Health Team, you’ll be managing your client relationships with health plans, insurance providers and digital health companies, to showcase the value of our platforms and partnership, and help us expand our position as the market leader.
You will:- Be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates- Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, addressing their unique business challenges.- Conduct market research and deploy strategic account planning skills to identify selling opportunities, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.-Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.- Drive the sales motion from outreach through close, including discovery calls to qualified leads, delivering compelling presentations/demos to showcase how H1’s solutions address client needs, managing objections, and inspiring prospects to invest in our offering.- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections
ABOUT YOUYou’re a seasoned sales professional, with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology. You have proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities. You know how to gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo platforms, and manage an enterprise sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS - You’re a seasoned sales professional, with 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals.- You have experience managing net new business & closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success closing $250K - 1M deals - Strong communication, negotiating and consultative sales skills- You are comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time
COMPENSATIONThis role pays $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options.
