Account Executive
United States - Remote
AchieveIt is a high-growth, SaaS software company in Atlanta offering a unique solution that enables large organizations to drive better outcomes on their strategic plans and key initiatives. We are currently looking to expand our sales team with driven, upbeat, glass-half-full talent ready to jump in and help us grow this lucrative market! This is a fully remote position, with quarterly in-person all-company meetings.
NOTE: The OTE for this position is $150k, with multiple Account Executives on our team earning $200k+ over the past 2 years.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle software sales experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Must have a "documented" history of meeting / exceeding quotas
- 4-year BS/BA degree required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal, and IT
- At ease when presenting to groups through Zoom meetings and in-person as needed
- Comfortable building rapport and credibility with C, VP and Director-level executives
- Track record of executing on a sales process, including unassisted product demos
- Must bring a competitive, confident, results-oriented personality to the team
- Healthcare and/or Higher Education experience preferred
- MEDDPICC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct accountability for sales results and activities within a defined territory
- Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and require minimal supervision and at the same time able to collaborate successfully in a consultative sales team approach
- Effectively manage and grow a pipeline through individual prospecting, and nurturing of inbound marketing-sourced leads, as well as outbound SDR-sourced leads
- Accurately forecast size and timing of deals
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
