As a Small Business Account Executive, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the small business segment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and presenting solutions that align with our products and services.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Conduct thorough research to understand the business needs and challenges of prospective clients
Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/servicesÂ
Customize presentations to address the specific requirements and pain points of each prospectÂ
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within small business organizations
Understand prospective clients' business objectives and challenges, positioning our software as a solution to their needsÂ
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, order desk, and support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionÂ
Sales Cycle Management, Forecasting, Reporting
Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery to contract negotiation and closingÂ
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports regularly
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactionsÂ
Qualifications:Â
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the software industry and/or within the Non-Profit sectorÂ
Strong understanding of the sales process and a consultative selling approach
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsÂ
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyÂ
