The Opportunity - VP of Sales, Mid-Market & Enterprise Accounts (Los Angeles, CA, USA)
We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to lead our Mid-Market & Enterprise sales teams, focusing on production companies creating short form content as well as Studios (think Disney, Warner Brothers, Netflix and the like). This pivotal role involves managing a growing team that today includes Mid-Market Account Executives, an Enterprise Account Executive, and an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive strategy & revenue growth, optimize the customer experience, and build offerings that resonate and scale with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise leading Enterprise and/or Strategic sales teams (experience with deal sizes of $1M+) and a track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
This role will report into the SVP of Sales and is based in Los Angeles, CA with some travel required for in-person client meetings and events, offsites, team-building events, and other business-related activities.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (must be located in Los Angeles full time)
What Youâll Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to win and expand business with Studios (Enterprise accounts)
Oversee and support the Mid-Market sales team in targeting the remaining accounts within our TAM, guiding them to employ innovative deal strategies and build strong relationships to secure new business
Partner with marketing, product, success, sales engineering and other internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and customer experience.
