At Salesloft, the Vice President, Renewals is pivotal to our companyâs success. Reporting to the CRO, you will be a key member of our revenue leadership team leading the renewals organization. We believe that the most successful leaders are passionate about developing the team and the customers they serve.
In addition to working with amazing colleagues, you will be responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and execution methodology of the renewals organization. And play a critical role in driving Salesloftâs growth.Â
WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic executive skilled in implementing renewal and retention programs that maximize customer value.Â
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsibilities include:
- Managing the renewal leaders and their teams
- Forecasting renewals, including risks and mitigation strategiesÂ
- Leveraging data to recognize patterns and spot opportunities to improve customer value and renewal ratesÂ
- Create effective processes to improve renewal results and consistency
- Be a thought leader and subject matter expert on SaaS renewals, customer retention and creating durable customer relationships

THE SKILL SET:
- 10+ years of renewals/account management/sales experience
- 7+ years of management experience with experience achieving revenue âŚ
