Job Summary

Dialog Direct, a Qualfon company, boasts a positive, high-performance culture with a mission to help change lives! We are adding a VP of Business Development, focusing on growing our Integrated Sales Service, with an emphasis on providing leads to insurance providers, selling customer acquisition service to a wide range of clients, and selling our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to etailers. This position reports to our Senior Vice President for Marketing Services and Integrated Sales Service.

All benefits are subject to any plan changes at the Company’s sole discretion.

 

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range of $125,000 - $150,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee’s portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Work with management to develop and execute the Go-to-Market Plan for the specific verticals, including but not limited to the ones above
  • Sell our solutions to key decision makers within those vertical markets
  • Drive complex and consultative sales involving multiple product groups and divisions that include:
    • Health Insurance Payers, Payees, and Brokers
    • Warranty and Home Service Providers
    • Web-based retailers
    • Analytical and Data Services
    • Online ordering portal for sales and marketing organizations
  • Successfully navigate politics within organizations (external and internal)
  • Drive all business development activities including opportunistic strategies, lead generation via aggressive client-based prospecting, opportunity qualification, needs assessments, deal management, competitive positioning, , proposal and presentation preparation/delivery, and contract development and execution
