As Strategic Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead Rockbot’s most strategic, high-impact deals, focusing on building relationships with large customers that have significant in person customer bases, including big-box retailers, hospitality organizations, restaurant chains, and those involved in retail media. You will quarterback complex six- and seven-figure, multi-product opportunities, collaborating across the organization to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a highly strategic individual with experience in navigating long sales cycles, engaging C-level executives, and closing enterprise-level deals.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by targeting top-tier clients across enterprise opportunities, where Rockbot’s audio and digital solutions can provide enhanced customer experiences and drive brand engagement. Your role will involve working closely with product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to craft tailored solutions that address the specific needs of these sectors.

You Will:

  • Quarterback High-Value Deals: Lead the strategy and execution of our most complex, multi-product deals with enterprise clients in big-box retail, hospitality and restaurants. Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Engage with C-Level Executives: Build and nurture relationships with top executives at retail, hospitality, and restaurant chains, positioning Rockbot as a strategic partner in delivering solutions that enhance customer engagement and operations.
  • Sell Retail Media Solutions: Identify and develop opportunities in retail media by helping clients monetize their digital assets (such as in-store screens, mobile apps, and online platforms) through Rockbot's tailored advertising and media solutions. Provide insights into leveraging first-party data to drive targeted advertising.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, ad sales, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to the needs of major clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement to deal closure.
