Brief Description

Sprinklr is looking for a Sr Solutions Consulting Manager to serve in as a strategic partner to our sales, PS, and customer success teams within the division, drive new business opportunities and own all aspects of GTM execution. The leader is responsible for leading their team of Solutions Consultants (SCs), coaching on opportunities, recruiting and developing team members, as well as working key deals. 

 

Overall Description

As the Solutions Consulting] Lead you will be the primary contact for the Solutions Consultants on your team and directly aligned with your team’s success. You will be responsible for managing all business aspects of divisional GTM as an SC leader, sales, presales, professional services, partners, etc.. You will own the training, development and growth of your teammates. You regularly observe your team in the field and provide routine feedback. You will ensure your team is trained on industry specific use cases and product enhancement as the platform continually evolves.   

 

Additionally, you will work closely with the Directors of Sales and assigned Sales Reps to best position Sprinklr’s solutions by developing solution narratives, CX workshops, and compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You will serve as the executive sponsor on strategic customer engagements. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Lead SC business execution and be a strategic partner to all other functions in strategy, GTM and product teams.
  • Lead, coach and grow a team of Solutions Consultants
  • Recruit and retain top Solution Consultant talent in Marketing, Advertising, Social, Insights, API Integration, and AI.
