What this job can offer you
As a Solutions Consultant at Remote, you will directly impact Remote’s business by delivering consultative engagements with our customers in order to uncover and understand their global workforce ambitions and underlying challenges, and the quantifiable value of taking action. You will deliver actionable insights and potential solutions, helping our customers to make trusted investment decisions in Remote’s solutions.
What you bring
- You have a strong consultative approach and can show examples of where you have brought credibility and critical thinking together with commercial acumen to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide strategic recommendations
- You have had demonstrable success as a solutions consultant in collaborating with sellers and winning complex opportunities.
- You are experienced in analysing and assess complex customer requirements effectively
- You have an adaptable and creative approach to finding solutions to problems
- You have strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate and analyse software solutions
- You are an excellent storyteller, with extremely strong written and verbal presentation skills. You are able to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- You are self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently as well take a leadership role working with internal teams / stakeholders
- You are familiar with the EOR, payroll, contractor management and global HR technology landscape
- You are able to construct detailed, value based presentations and solution demonstrations
