Atlassian is looking for a Solution Sales Executive within our Loom division.

Atlassian is changing the software development industry and helping teams all around the world like Nasa, Nike, Pixar and Tesla to advance humanity through the power of software and collaboration. We have over 200,000 customers worldwide, and Enterprise Advocates help the largest of those accounts scale their investments in Atlassian.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate mastery closing net new logos within a given Mid-Market territory

  • Research and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and be solutions-oriented on how Loom can provide value

  • Influence and drive the sales process while managing a multitude of stakeholders, creating executive alignment, driving mutual action plans to close, and generating quantifiable impact

  • Be an expert on MEDDPICC and know how to run a values-driven and consultative approach with your customers

  • Constantly collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward, ensure customer success, and be as forward-thinking and creative as possible when driving revenue growth

  • Operate as an exemplary brand ambassador for Loom, both internally and externally

Qualifications

Your background:

  • 5+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of over-attainment

  • Proven ability to learn new technology and products

  • Artist in selling value to C-level executives, while also multi-threading with IT and business users to build groundswell

  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability and desire to find solutions and build processes where none previously exists

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment

  • Ability to perform in ambiguity

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.
