Job Description
What You'll Do:
As a Solution Consultant, you'll be a key technical expert within our sales organization, responsible for positioning, developing, and delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
You'll work closely with our sales teams to drive customer success, align solutions with customer needs, and achieve sales goals.
Here's what you can expect to be involved in:
Technical Expertise & Sales Support: Support product sales as a technical and domain expert, collaborating with the sales team to pursue new business across multiple industries.
Client Engagement & Discovery: Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, followed by tailored product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in helping them reach their strategic goals.
Strategic Guidance: Drive customer success programs in top accounts, such as roadmap sessions and outcome agreements, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction.
Product Feedback: Work closely with the product management team, providing valuable feedback on product enhancements that could better address customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Share best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge with other Solution Consultants to improve the efficiency and quality of the team.
Market Industry: Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends, ensuring we can differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
Marketing Support: Participate in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, trade shows, and user groups, helping to showcase our solutions to potential clients.
How success is viewed:
Experience: 2+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, with a proven track record of success.
Business to Government (B2G) sales
Platform Expertise: Proficiency with the Sprinklr platform or deep technical knowledge of cloud software solutions.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
Sales & Territory Management: Strong skills in territory management, pipeline building, and working with Sales counterparts to drive execution excellence.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary to support client and sales activities.

Compensation Range
$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
