We are seeking a Senior Research Manager to oversee research programs from start to finish, including questionnaire design, analysis and reporting. Reporting to one of our Senior Research Directors, you will assist with account management for some of the most recognized b2b companies, including opportunities to inform how they go to market through the power of insights.

The role can be fully remote or can be a hybrid role if you are located near one of our offices in New York, Chicago, Boston, Denver or Los Angeles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a co-lead for key client accounts, working with Research Directors to maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Analysis and report development of both quantitative data and qualitative insights, and the ability to develop solid conclusions with minimal oversight
  • Creative skills for communicating a research story in a visually appealing way
  • Assist / co-present research findings and recommendations to clients
  • Understanding of statistics such as MaxDiff, regression and conjoint
  • Design screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires
  • Strong communication and project management with team members, clients and vendors
  • Oversee and train research analysts, the ability to delegate where appropriate
  • Assist with / take on new inquiries, proposal writing and pitching
  • Support on marketing (ideation, content creation, blog articles, white papers, etc.)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience across the full-research lifecycle: 5-8 years’ experience managing a range of market research projects from commissioning through to the delivery of the final presentation (e.g., questionnaire design, structuring research reports, writing conclusions, and presenting key findings).
  • B2B market research experience: experience conducting research on behalf of b2b brands.
  • Research skills: Involvement in a range of qualitative and quantitative research studies such as segmentation, brand tracking, customer experience, product development, persona profiling, buyer / customer journey mapping, ideation, etc.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong capabilities with research software and analytical tools, such as SPSS / Q, Tableau, R, etc., or/and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical mindset: An ability to interpret data, translating raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations
