Senior Program Marketing Manager

The Global Services Marketing team is looking for a senior program marketing manager to guide the customer marketing strategy for cross-portfolio programs. In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical experts, and various marketing functions to build awareness and demand for Red Hat Consulting, Red Hat Training and Certification, and Red Hat Technical Account Management. This role contributes to Red Hat Services growth and booking targets.
What you'll do:
Write and maintain content and key assets for use in the field including blogs, social kits, messaging, newsletter copy, program kits, webinars, slides, web pages, and other collateral
Manage the Red Hat Services social media channels, including creating copy, scheduling posts, and optimizing performance
Coordinate global thought leadership activities, blogs, PR, and social advocacy
Act as the team’s main point of contact for digital requests including customer facing web page changes, internal content management updates, and ecommerce enhancements
Drive our team's global webinar strategy by partnering closely with program leads, working to highlight all Red Hat Services offerings
Oversee the production of individual creative projects across internal teams and external vendors while ensuring timely review of materials by SMEs to meet publication dates
Establish and maintain cross-functional global relationships and meetings with key stakeholders in services and marketing to communicate project status, plans, and status updates
Guide marketing strategies in workstreams with technical stakeholders like business leaders, technical account managers, and consultants
Continuously track success of marketing to define effectiveness, needed improvements, and budget prioritization
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience developing marketing plans, marketing strategy, and targeted messaging
Writing skills and interest in creating content
Ability to translate product and technical information into compelling value propositions, messaging, and impactful content
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to successfully guide projects involving various internal groups and multiple levels of management
Solid project management, planning, and organization skills
Motivated, collaborative, and customer focused
Ability and desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment, adapting quickly and succeeding in changing environments
Solid history of metrics-driven marketing to measure effectiveness, continuous improvement, and impact on revenue
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
