As we gear up for our next wave of growth in 2025 and beyond, we’re looking for a Senior Product Advisor who’s passionate about building relationships, solving customer problems, and challenging the status quo in hiring. About the role
As a Senior Product Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for future customers, bringing the power of skills-based hiring to life through engaging conversations and tailored product demonstrations. You'll educate, qualify, and inspire potential clients about the value of TestGorilla—ultimately guiding them toward becoming long-term customers.

Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while delivering a seamless, high-impact customer experience
- Proactively engaging leads and prospects through targeted outreach, focusing on those who’ve expressed interest in our platform
- Driving pipeline growth through strategic outbound efforts and close collaboration with the marketing team
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and meaningful engagement with potential clients
- Leading compelling live demos and discovery calls to showcase the value and impact of TestGorilla’s platform
- Educating prospects on the power of pre-hiring assessments as a smarter alternative to outdated CV-based screening
- Championing client feedback to fuel continuous innovation across product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is inspired by our mission to help 1 billion people find their dream jobs
- Has 2+ years of experience in outbound pipeline building or full-cycle sales, ideally in a hyper-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Is fluent in English with strong communication and verbal reasoning skills
- Has experience with modern sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI Sales Platform | AI for Sales Prospecting & Outreach | Apollo , Gong, HubSpot)
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces feedback, and brings curiosity and a growth mindset
- Builds trust through active listening, clear value delivery, and relationship-building
- Is results-oriented and resilient—able to bounce back from setbacks and stay motivated
- Is comfortable working remotely, managing their time independently, and collaborating across time zones
- Takes initiative and is self-driven to achieve personal and company goals without needing constant supervision
Bonus skills
- Experience in SaaS or a fast-growing startup environment
- Proven success in exceeding sales or customer acquisition targets
- Experience in remote B2B sales across multiple geographies
- Fluency in Spanish and other languages
