Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Manager of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the DACH and Benelux regions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales - EMEA, the Senior Manager of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding HackerOne's presence in the DACH and Benelux markets.

What You Will Do 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the DACH and Benelux regions.

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise accounts, government agencies, and strategic partnerships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise and commerical sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience managing a sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

  • Strong network of contacts and relationships in the DACH and Benelux regions, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Fluent in English and German.

  • Must be based remotely in DACH. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in the cybersecurity industry or selling cybersecurity solutions.

  • Previous experience working with remote or distributed sales teams.

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch or French.

  • Previous experience selling into the Benelux region

Base salary:

100,000- 124,000 EUR
