Senior Director, Enterprise Accounts

About the Role:
As the Senior Director, Sales Enterprise Accounts at Unite Us, you will lead our strategic customer engagement efforts, driving value creation and revenue growth for assigned enterprise accounts. This role blends strategic account management, business development, and team leadership to ensure customer success and long-term partnership. You will leverage your expertise in relationship building with key stakeholders to strengthen and expand the adoption of the Unite Us platform and achieve ambitious sales quotas and retention targets.
What You'll Do:
- Drive overall long-term strategic growth within assigned accounts, balancing account management and new business development
- Develop a roadmap for the account aligned to customer objectives and integrate the appropriate different Unite Us business units
- Build account plans for your named accounts that align with Unite Us strategy and identify key decision makers, regional approaches, buying processes, current investment, product utilization and new revenue opportunities
- Promote customer satisfaction through key stakeholder relationships
- Oversee client queries and develop innovative solutions for complex problems
- Manage and develop an enterprise account management team to meet Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Sales, Support and executives) to meet customer business objectives efficiently, and be the voice of the customer to provide visibility and/or escalations
- Share Unite Us value proposition for existing and/or new customers
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- 10+ years of customer- facing professional experience, ideally in sales or revenue generating account management
- Experience selling into state government and/or Healthcare organizations
- Demonstration of revenue achievement exceeding quota
- Ability to be the company’s subject matter expert
- Experience in Saas solutions or within the Healthcare and/or government market
- Ability to navigate large organizations’ landscape to maintain and expand relationships at all levels
- Experience in the full-cycle management of a key account through renewal phase with a successful increase in contract value through add-ons and/or upsells
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing business needs

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S.-based
- The target pay range for this role is: $170-200K with the addition of variable compensation. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
- This position may require 50% travel
- All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
