The Field Sales-Sales Account Management area is responsible for selling the firm's products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales.

Job Summary:
TNS is looking for a seasoned channel leader to help us build and scale our solutions Branded Calling and Reputation Management into Enterprise named accounts. A successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Driving new revenue through customer acquisition for named accounts. Consistently strike / exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Partnering with the System Integrators, consultants and Strategic Partners to effectively identify, engage and deliver new customers.
- Owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting - owning GTM for respective patch.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
This is a high visibility role in a quick evolving organization. This person must be comfortable navigating uncertainty, adding structure and framework to telecom/branded comms products and business problems. The position reports to VP of Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sub agent partner strategy to generate referrals/opportunities.
- Work in partnership with Channel partners to cultivate leads and communicate the TNS Branded Calling value propositions.
- Work in a cross-functional team in developing the channel ecosystem, including channel sales, partner and product marketing, and other GTM functions
- Work closely with other members of the partnerships team who cover vertical specific channel partnerships
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic services and channel partners across North America to generate indirect channel sales for TNS
- Capture new logos and expand existing customer relationships through your partner network, providing direct sales support on your channel sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience in business development and partnerships, including at least 10+ years in channel partnerships
- Experience negotiating, launching, and managing game changing channel partnerships with top tier Agents and partners
